question about AC Schnitzer front grille (archive)

I was just wondering if anyone knew if the front AC Schnitzer emblem was just a clip on to the BMW stock grille or if it is an entire replacement grille. I just want the emblem because I like the stock girlle, plus a entire replacement grille from AC Schnitzer is going to be expensive. How much is just the emblem or the entire replacement girlle. This is what BMW stands for (Break My Wallet).
