With that many miles, replace O2 sensor. Straight forward job, can be a bit tough to unscrew, unplug harness & get a good grip with a box wrench. Apply light coat of nickel based anti sieze to the threads to prevent galling 9you'll want to change again in another 50K miles.

simple way to check for intake leaks is to get a can of ether (starting spray). Carefully spray around the vacuum hoses, manifold flanges. If an intake leak is found, the rpms will increase. Use with care so you don't burn the car into a pile of ash. Check hoses at their ends, typically, heat & age will crack the hose where it fits onto the hose barb.
