I have both the wodden and the plastic ones. They work the same. i end up using the plastic one more because it is lighter and easier to use. If it is way waxy you might want to look at another one. It will streak pretty bad. A dry one is not much better because it will not pick up dist as well. What ever you do they will both work the same in about a months use. Enemeneminimoe!
