i am having so electrical problems with my foglights and headlights, first off the fogs dont work, checked the fuses relay, bulbs and the headlights dont work either, i have euro light and i wired them up but no light, i checked the connections with a multimeter and there is twelve volts to the bulb, could there be a ground problem with the headlight

any help appreciated
