I don't think it can be removed/replaced since it is part of the body, but this is just a wild guess. What I would do is sand all the rust away and paint it (with whatever color paint you have available) and get some skirt (either 328 or M3)to put on top of them.


Ok heres my problem. I have a 92 318is and the rocker panel right behind both front wheels has rusted and needs to be replaced. My question is Should I have the rocker panel fixed(new metal welded in and painted), or do I buy M3 rockers from TMS.Are the rockers from TMS metal or plastic? Do they come painted? Anyone had the same problem with rusting behind wheel wells? Can the rockers can be removed from the body? Any suggestions are much appreciated. This group has been a great help in the past. thanks in advance
