Fan Resistor Price (+) (archive)

Hey guys, I'm going to buy a new fan resistor for my 96' 328is. Does anyone know how much it should cost and what the part # might be? I'll probably call the $tealer for it but I wanted to know what to expect. If anyone knows of a good place to get one over the net, that would help too.

Oh, and if Steve G. is reading this, thanks for your advice. I found the resistor and it is what the Bentley manual calls the final stage unit. I suspect this is what has caused my problem.
