Okay folks, First I need to say "sup" to all the bro's on this board. Its been a about 3 months since my last post. New house is up and doing well. Hawaii still rocks...

Anyway. This is how to keep your insurance company from knowing you ever got a speeding or moving violation ticket.

First, dont argue with the cop. Accept you ticket gracefully and shut yer cakehole. Find out if the ticket can be paid via snail mail. You probably can.
Second, go home and cut a check for $5.00 MORE than the cost of the violation. IE. If your ticket is for $75.00, write the ticket for $80.00. Send the ticket off to City Hall and wait for the "Refund/Overpayment" check the city sends back to you in 2-5 weeks.
Third, Take that refund check for the difference, tear it up and dont think about that 5 dollars again!

What happens is the C&C has been paid and wont put a warrant out for your arrest.THEY ARE HAPPY! The case remains open until you cash that overpayment check. If the case never closes, the info on the ticket will never be sent to your insurance company!!!! Get it? Its worked for me 3 times. Last time being 84 in a 55. HtH...randy
