there was an email going around with this rumor on it. hmm, maybe about 3-4 months ago? anyways, about 2 months ago...for some reason...like 4-5 of my friends all got speeding tickets. they tried this....and it didn't work. they're all just recently went to traffic school to avoid it going on their records (since it was the first time for all of them). by the way, i live in the LA area. doesn't work here....where the hell do u live??
