Forced induction for 318is? -What? Who? Gain? $$$? (archive)

Hello all,
I've got a '95 318is and feel the need for speed. My question is this: My target output is 200+HP. How can I acheive this without building a grenade? I'm open to either a turbo or S\C kit. Does anyone know of or better, have experience with kits for this engine? I am looking for info on specific kits with performance numbers.
Also, I'm planning to go for 18" Mille Miglia MM11-2's and the H&R/Billstein combo, Remus exhaust and possibly a repaint. My budget is $15kCDN. I don't want to buy a 6cyl as the price difference will eat up alot of my budget and still leave me with mods to do. Thanks for your help and sorry for the long post.
