Instead I will tell you how i think it might look better:)

The kidneys look OKay. Maybe Spray Paint them Black? Just a thought.

Now...the bottom. I think the Mesh is too fine. It needs to be more open. And Not silver. You should look around for some black plastic mesh. I've seen it at the Harware Store. I wouldn't leave the bottom as it is.

Personally i would make the top and the bottom Black! OR maybe even red. But black would look best in my Opinion.
