well my only record is 9 points on another states license.. i figured i was beter off paying discountinued insurance charge than +9 points.. and even than i had over 30 days gap between insurances.. theese companies in NJ grasp to anything they can it seems.. they even told me my premium is high cuz im under 30 years old !!!! up to date i thought the cutoff was at 25.. i fucking hate NJ insurance co's ... ! but what can i do....

What "other state driver license"? If you mean your record from another state - TFB. I don't want to sound mean - but they will find out eventually (either that or you pay $4300/yr). Better to pay the piper now (but not with Allstate - they suck) than later!
Go with a small time insurance co (make sure A+ rated) for about 3-5 years. By then your record should be clean of CURRENT speedo's, accidents... Then find the lowest available insurance company that is reliable...
i have no points..
and its allstate.. only thing that ups it.. is that i have not continued insurance cuz i didnt want to tell them about my other state driver license. but this shit is killing me.
imagine once i get like 9 points.. (which will prolly happen real soon)
