i was thinking about lowering my 1995 325is. can anybody please tell me which springs and shocks go well together? my main concern is going over bumps. i want springs and shocks which will prevent me from scraping the ground too much. and do i have to adjust the alignment when i install the kit? is it better to order the kit say like from turnermotorsport and take it to a shop to be installed or is it better for the shop to order it for me? what is the average cost for a shop to install the kit?

any help would be much appreciated. thanks guys.
