Check the two belt tensioners and the idler pulley by using a short piece of garden hose. Put the car on ramps the night before. Start it cold and slide underneath. Have some one start the car and (carefully) place the one end of the hose near the tensioner and idler pulleys and the other end very close to your ear. The noisy culprit will be easy to isolate. If it is not the pulleys, check the power steering pump, A/C compressor, alternator, etc., using the same method.
