I put 9005 bulbs in my low beam reflectors. I had to modify the bulb so that it would fit but it makes a worth while difference! A hellofalot cheaper than HID.
Now i have two pairs of "high beams". I readjusted the aim point of the lights so that I dont totally blast on coming cars.


specifically, i put my modded 9005 bulbs/lowbeam wiring into my highbeam socket thing

And i can see so so SO much more now.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned this before? what are the side effects? the brightness looks the same from the outside the vehicle, so i dont think glare is a problem.
