How do i install rear speakers in my 93 325is? (archive)

Well, I'm a beginner with audio...and I just ordered new speakers for my bimmmer. They're 4" infinitys. Can anyone tell me in detail how to get my factory speakers out and stick in the new ones? Thanks...
