My 1996 E34 has the sport pkg, so it has 16" wheels. I just put on Bridgestone (boo, hiss) S-02 Pole Position and I'm real happy. They've jsut finished break-in, & I just did brakes, so have to be gentle for a couple of weeks, but so far they've held well, break away smoothly, and have been great in the rain, too.

I'm in California and I'm looking for a good lasting and decent handling tire.

I'm about to get some 16" rims for my 1993 325i 4dr(currently 205/60-15). Tirerack lists 215/50-16 as a recommended plus size but an online wheel calculator also recommended 245/15-16. What is a good size?
