Eibach (1.3f/r) or H&R sport (1.5f/1r)springs with Bilstein sport shocks are good combos. I don't think you will have a problem with speed bumps with either as long as you're careful and do not bus around a car load of people. As to where you should order, it is all up to you. If you want to save some money mail order them (shox.com has good prices, if you ae in so. cali. SP Engineering has extremely good prices) and install them yourself. Hope this helped.
