like a previous response, your insurance should assist you, unless perhaps you don't have collision. even then they would be "butts" if they cant help you.
i have found useful www.publicdata.com here in texas searching for info like you want. a $20 or $25 dollar allows many searches. don't know if this site covers your state. it's worth checking to see if your state is covered.
