I'm guessing something less than 1in(maybe the H&R OEM sport) unless you roll your fenders or depending on the offset of your rims, since 235/40/18 tires are slightly oversized. If you switch to a 225/40/18 tire you should be able to go with most springs on the market that lower 1-1.5 in (H&R, Eibach, etc.).
