I managed to snag one of the last sets of 325.1 MB Quart speakers. I was wondering what most folks were using to power these and what their results were...

They tell me that the mid woofer in that set is made of paper....Wouldnt you be more comfortable with a more 'hi-tech' cone material?

Naah... I trust it. I have heard both kinds of cones in 'critical listening', and unless I were putting them in the back deck, where they'll get direct sunlight, magnified by glass, extreme heat, etc. would I desire the 'durability' of other materials.

Other than that, there are many fine speakers with paper cones. It all comes into the overall engineering, not just the final components.
