They are good. You will be wasting money if you pay a dealer to install them. My mom could install the rear shock mounts on these cars.

GroundControl also sells a very good mount.

I was autocrossing yesterday and the finish line worker told me that he heard my rear shock mounts go out. So, I saw some on TurnerMotorsport.com for $100 / pair. Are these any good, or should I buy different ones? How difficult are they to install? How much should I expect to pay my BMW specialist to do it? Thanks for any advice!
