Rain-X is not a bad product in itself, but as it wears off, it begins to make your windshield cloudier than it owuld be otherwise. The only solution? More Rain-X. It's like an addiction. If you buy one bottle, you may as well buy a case and start doing it every time you wash your car. Again, this is only my opinion, but I know there are a lot of people who agree with me.

After you get the window clean I highly recommend putting Rain-ex on your windshield. It reduces the streaks and haze that you normally get on rainy days. It probably will also help with preventing future water spots on the windows.

I have tried it, it works very well.
