Has anyone bought the service manual BMW sells to its dealers? I know other car companies sell this manual but I don't see any mention of it.

I would try the BMW owners circle at www.bmwusa.com... They have been great in the past... Just fill out a "priority" email and they will respond either by phone or by email, or by sending out the manual within the next day... They probably will help you, they like happy customers.
