It sounds like your traction control is kicking in. Maybe because you have no tread on your tires. just a guess

95 325i



ok, i drive a 1994 325is. When I floor it in second gear the rear wheels starts dribbling (especially the right rear wheel) above 4000 rpm till redline and it won't accelarate that fast anymore (power loss). What could it be???. It only happens in second gear and only when I floor it (1,3,4,5 gear, no problemo when flooring). My rear tires are almost gone (look like slicks).
Is the differential the problem, the gearbox, the rear driveshafts, the wheels/tires or something else? I drive on 18" BBS RX wheels, lowered with bilstein/eibach setting.
All help needed in solving this problem.
