Now that its winter time and the temperature is below 35 degrees, my engine makes a ticking sound when the engine is cold. After I drive for about 5 miles the sound goes away. Whats the problem??? I havea 92 318is with 104,000 on it and this is my first winter with it.

I've got a '97 318I with the same problem. Dealer is going to replace the lifters on Wednesday. I'll let you know if it works.
