The 318s are geared much shorter due to the lack of umph at lower RPMS. It is normal. As for your speedo, undo the two screws on top of your cluster, remove the cluster by sliding it out, push the levers on the sockets for the wires away from your cluster and should unhook. Change the bulbs that are green. As for your clock, the LCD is bad. Don't bother replacing, not worth the money. Good luck and happy ///Motoring.
