Test drove a VR6 and a 1.8T Golf today (m) (archive)

The VR6 felt fat and wallowy, but the 1.8T had a good feel to it. Not terribly impressed with either though, and the front-drive this isn't much fun at all. Will try a prelude tomorrow...Any other ideas?
