I found company at auto show that does it for $600 full carbon fiber hood including support braces in carbon fiber.

Had my car weighed recently at a truckstop. I have a 325iS. It weighed 3140 pounds with a full tank; 1600 pounds on front axle and 1540 on back. Losing about 50 pounds would make it just about equal.
