two allen screws on each headlight assembly,,, the one out on the side adjust left to right aim. the one in the center adjust up and down aim. low beams and highbeams cannot be adjusted independently. it seems the way you are adjusting it is by using the body gap adjustors,,, those you should set so that there is just a 2mm gap between the bottom of the headlamp and the front body panel.
