Try blowing compressed air into the nozzle (yes, opposite to normal flow direction).
IMPORTANT: Make sure you disconnect one of the washer fluid hoses under the hood. This will allow lots of air flow to flush out the dirt.
Windshield washer jet shoots out very weak. Is this due to the cold, or could something have cracked when opening the hood to replace windshield washer fluid? It's too damn cold for me to inspect it right now!
