Regardless of bulbs, still won't look bluish (archive)

Is it true that regardless of colour bulbs you use, you won't get the bluish xenon look on the stock lens?

I heard that the reflection is way better on the Euro lens, and also gives the bluish HID look with any blue tint bulbs...
