Man what a difference! Seriously, I put the stock chip back in while I was diagnosing a problem and went for a drive today. The car felt sluggish starting around 3K. I had to rev to 4K to get it to feel like it used to at 3K with the Dinan chip. I thought my detonation problems would go away. I was wrong, it still detonates when rolling on the throttle below 3K, going up hill, outside temp about 65 degrees. I wonder if my knock sensors are on the blink? The Dinan chip goes back in tonight.
