I don't have too much knowledge of how the upgrade chips work, so can some clarify some stuff for me:

1 - what does thje chip do?
2 - does it need to be installed AFTER other mods like exhaust, suopercharger, etc, or can it just be added on its own.
3 - how much does it cost
