buy a wire tap, or, cut it, or strip it... (archive)

easiest way is to buy a wire tap and just pinch it down over the wire, but this is shitty way to do it cuz the wire tap will actually cut into the wire.

you could also cut it, and a butt connector to form a two way split,,,

or you could just strip back part of the insulation, wrap a new wire around it, and add solder to give it a good insulation.

the last way is the best. don't overdue with the solder.
