its a simple + and - wire that you tap into. that's it....you have about 2-3 feet of wiring to run (yes, you have to remove the foot panels....3 screws....not hidden). as for mounting the neons....use zip ties to zip tie it directly to the floor panels. here's a pic i took....i didn't wanna post it before cuz my carpets are dirty...so excuse that....excuse the fact that i brightened the pic...just did it so you can see the zip ties well enough:


i had to drill through the floor panel to get the zipties through (2 holes)...other than that....it should be cake. hope this helps.

ps. if its really that complicated Ahmed...have a friend do it. nothing to be ashamed of....it'll just get done faster and a lot cleaner as well.
