Re-programming CD player Model no. 5341 (archive)

I am trying to find out how to contact a manufacturer in Cda to re-program my cd player. Any information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Power was disconnected from my truck for maintenance reasons and I was informed through the car dealer where I bought my truck that I require a special cd to re-program it. Help??!! Thanks.
