how much should i get for my 96 328ic on trade in? (archive)

im looking at a 99 m3c with 19xxx miles on it. the car is all factory. i wanted to just buy the m3 and sell the 328ic in the summer but the dealership saw me (its not a bmw dealer) pull in with my car and they want it, well they are trying to talk my into tradeing it in. my car is a 96 328ic with a little less then 35k miles on it. i told the dealer i want top dollar for my car. how high do you think he will go? (i live in philadelphia PA).
