Trial by written declaration? Good One. No chance. Either take the class or see if you can ask your friendly prosecutor to reduce the speed to 10 or less under the limit. /Some/ states will allow you one "freebee" every three years, provided you're going 10 or less under the limit. Check first, though. For some free advice, you can always call your insurance carrier. They already know.
