I have a tan interior. I use small black carpets over the tan lockdown floor mats. Actually gives it a nice two tone look, that matches the tan seats with black dash.

If both were standard, I would get the black. If your in a city all day long, I would get the auto, but if you get any highway or country road driving in, go with the "roll your own." It's what BMW is all about, baby. Especially with the 7G rev limit. The auto takes that fun away, and power slides are nearly impossible :)

I have 2 good deals and I must make a choice in 3 days! Here is the rundown:

Black/Black 328i/1997

. Jet black exterior, Black leather seats
. CD, Winter, Sunroof...
. 8 mags (4 summer, 4 winter tires)
. Automatic

Black/Tan 328i/1997
. $17,000usd, 50000miles
. Jet black exterior, Tan leather seats
. Sunroof, ...
. 4 mags 16"
. 5 speed - Manual

My requirements are manual and Black/Black, where do I give in???? Will I get used to the automatic since I'm getting older :))) Do I get the Tan interior and scrub the carpets every week :)))

What do you guys think? I know it's personal, but I would like to hear you out?
