100W H1 bulb isn't that blue or white when you put it in the fog light housing. The only bulb that will is the PIAA plasmas.



The H1 OptiBlue are listed right with the H7 OptiBlue that are used for Seedsters fog light conversion as the same style bulb. Why would they be different?
