Expert help needed, changed ICV wont cold start (archive)

I baught a 95 325i from the auction, it was in a fender bender accident didnt even open the air bags. I fionished a2 months ago and since have been making changes (100k miles) i recently changed the ICV (IDLE CONTROL VALVE) because i wont cold start and it didnt help a bit. its probably a stupid ground or something. Next stop is dealer diagnostic... one more thing when the car heats up and idles when i turn the steering wheel all the way to the right or left and hold it the car losses rpm as if its going to stop (like it does when its cold)...PLease help thansks -i know this was too long-
