Just had my idle control valve replaced and it has transformed the car. However mine does seem to have an unrelated problem - I can come to a stop and the idle is perfect every time now - but then after a little while it starts to idle a bit roughly - almost as if one of the 6 cyls is dropping out. Then it cures itself. That could be hard to diagnose but its not worrying me too much


When I start my car it idles fine, but when I start to drive, the engine bounces from 500 rpm to about 1000 rpm repeatedly at stops. This happens only for the first 15 minutes. I remember reading something about this earlier , but i couldn't find the post. Please Help! Thanks in advance.
