Got a speeding ticket.... (archive)

I got a ticket yesterday for going 63 in a 45 zone...the thing was, it was a wide, open road, not a single other car, warm sunny day that I can actually put the windows down...just coming home from work...and this cop has to come into the situation...I wish he could have used some judgement. Anyone know how much this 18 mph over would cost me and how much my insurance would go up? I live in Atlanta, GA...no points on my record yet...
