NE1 with Indiglo gauges, I got a question(more) (archive)

I currently won a set of indiglo gauges on eBay (blue or green). But i noticed lately that my speedometer needle isn't as bright as the others (its not lit at all on the last inch or so.) I was wondering since the indiglo gauges seems bright, will they provide enough light to light the needles?? or do i have to go in there and try to find the problem (dying lightbulb, dirt/dust, misaligned plastic lighting stuff) I already painted them red so I wont have that white on white dilemma. thanks in advance!!!
