I am a "fairly" accomplished mechanic (Was ASE certified in a previous life) With a good description/ procedure I can fix most things... I can even program my own VCR...lol. I was just wondering how involved/expensive it is.. The car is priced VERY well and that scares me some. Like, what ELSE is wrong. Also, Why doesn't the car lot get this fixed and then sell it for more?... I just dont want to get into something that will cost me more than the car is worth.

Thanks, Bill

on what kind of cars .If not i don't recommend it for the beginner. If you mess up on the timing of the cams to the crank you could bend the valves.
Hope this helps.

Bill
