If you can use a torque wrench properly and can keep all parts really clean then you can probably do it. Get yourself the bentley manual.Make sure you line up the timing marks after you take the valve cover off ,but before you take the head off(not the plastic valve cover,the aluminum one under it) .
Also try not to drop the chaindown the block.
When you get ready to do this let me know i will try to get a little more indepth.
