If it is the type that doesn;t use a key to unlock it I have two solutions, either drill a hole in the cente of the wheel lock, making sure you use a centre punch first to avoid gouging the alloys where the drill bit slips or weld a bolt onto the wheel lock.

If your going to weld a bolt on I suggest getting a piece of plywood and cutting a hole in it slightly larger than the wheel lock, this will protect the rest of the alloy from the sparks+heat from the welder, also surround the wheel lock with a damp cloth in the recess so you also protect the recess that the wheel lock sits in.

If it is the type where you put in a key to unlock it you can either smash it to pieces using a screwdriver or small chisel inserted in the lock or try to get a locksmith to find a key for it or even simply try drilling out the lock itself.

Does anyone know how to go about on this situation? I had bought the car from a private seller who doesnt know where it is either. I'm just waiting to catch a flat tire. ;)
thanks
