3.38 L/S diff. $800
6 bolt input flange $50
AA gen. III ltw flywheel $700
new m3 clutch $300
UUC clutch stop $20
UUC tranny tranny enforcer $35
REDLINE fluids for tranny & diff. $50
pedal assembly, slave cylinder, clutch fork, crossmember, hoses, 320i tranny mounts, other misc. parts $300-400
not including shipping charges for everything about $200
like i said i've heard of people doing it with stock parts for about $1500. Zionsville sells a kit for $2000, all used parts and no diff. seemed a little steep to me.
