I was in a bind and didnt have time to change my own oil or take the car into the dealer, so i went to jiffy lube. They ripped off my muffler on the lift, and my machanic said they over torqued my drain plug. they did not even tell me they ripped off the muffler till it came off when I drove if about 20 feet down the road.
