Guys (and gals) :

What do y'all think of a fair price for 325i in absolute mint condition. Miles are high: 144500. But the car has been dealer maintained. It has HR springs, Bilstien Shocks and shock tower brace. Also has 16 in. alloys along with original rims.

The car in Midwestern US. I am in love and really need to make a decision by tomorrow. So any help in the form of advice will be appreciated. What should I look for? How often is a timing belt required? How much does the job cost. What kind of depreciation (% of purchase price) I can expect in two years time with average use? Any comments on maintenance costs. Would it be a good idea to get it inspected? Any negotiating advice?
